Grenada welcomes its first resident, Brazilian Ambassador

Grenada will welcome its first resident, Brazilian Ambassador on Thursday July 09th     2009   , when Ambassador -Designate Paulo Wagner De Miranda presents his credentials to Governor General Sir Carlyle Glean.

The Presentation of Credentials is scheduled for 10:00 AM at the Governor Generals Office. The Government of Grenada has been working diligently to strengthen its relations with the Federative Republic of Brazil.

It is expected that the resident Ambassador will play a pivotal role in strengthening the bonds of friendship between the two countries. Grenada and Brazil established diplomatic relations in 1976.
