When the Grenada Government decided to grant private radio stations licenses to operate in Grenada we were hoping that the island will benefit.  However this never materialized.  These station has turned out to be nothing but music  Juke Box.

When the Keith Mitchell decided to sell the government owned radio station to foreign interest made the situation worse.  The Trinidad and Tobago Company has been using GBN as a cash cow with no quality programming.

Today the Windward Islands Grenadian Devon Smith having a record breaking year so far, comes up against defending champs Jamaica with Chris Gayle.  None of these so call radio stations who was given the rights by the WICBC free could not see the importance of carring the game.

All the other islands radio commentaries has been provide by local station. 

I am calling on the Prime Minsiter to correect his mistake and take back GBN or start up a new National Station.
