A man visiting Grenada for the Christmas holiday was beaten to death in the St. David’s Police Station by the police. One witness said that the man greeted a woman out the station that he thought he knew with a hug, the person was offended the man then apologised.  He was then taken into the police station where he was beaten to death.

This all happened with the man wife outside the station.  Up to the time of this report no statement has be made the government.
