This question will be answered on Saturday June 6 when the fifth and final round of preliminary matches concludes at various venues across the country. Here are the possibly scenarios.
The Possibilities:
• St. Andrew will advance to the final on June 13th at Progress Park regardless of the result of match # 13 between St. Andrew and St. John on Saturday June 6th.
• St. David will advance to the final to meet St. Andrew if they beat St. Patrick in match #15 at LaSagesse.
• St. Mark can advance to the final if they beat St. George at Beausejour on June 6th provided that St. Patrick beat St. David at LaSagesse.
• St. Patrick can advance to the final if they beat St. David at LaSagesse provided that St. George beat St. Mark at Beausejour.
The Verdict:
St. Andrew will meet one of St. David, St. Patrick, or St. Mark in the GCA Super 50 Inter-parish Final at Progress Park on June 13.
NB – Andre Fletcher has been included in the St. David squad to oppose St. Patrick at LaSagesse.
