This a great event for spectators with lots of fast action. It is also a great way to try the sport of triathlon. Co-ed teams of 2 compete in a very short but fun triathlon relay.

The course consists of a 200m swim, 5km bike and a 1.2km run. The race starts with the women who race the complete triathlon course before tagging the men to do the same.

The swim will take place just off the beach, the bike will go to the True Blue roundabout and back and the run will be a lap of Morne Rouge Playing field.

The Tri de Spice team will be there and will be looking for team mates as they have been forbidden to team up with each other. If you are looking for a team mate, contact them as soon as possible.

Participants must be over 14. There is a EC$30 charge per team entry. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams. Registration will be at the beach starting from 2:30 pm and will close at 3:30 pm. The race will start promptly at 4:00 pm.

There will be food and drink on sale.
