Rondall Neckles, a 31 year old man of Tuilleries, St. Andrew’s died at the General Hospital yesterday after injuries sustained in an incident at Crochu, St. Andrew’s on carnival Tuesday after the end of St. David’s Jouvert.
The incident involved another man Kenroy Paul also of Tuilleries, St. Andrew’s. Paul was detained after the incident in which witnesses said he lifted the deceased and throw him over the bridge close to the Freedom Street Disco.
Paul is currently been held at the Richmond Hill Prison is expected to be charged with the murder of Rondall Neckles. Paul was said to be drunk at the time of the incident. An autopsy is expected to be carried out before the release of the body.
