SAASS and Boca Secondary will contest the finals of the Girls Division of the RightStart Youth Football Tournament. SAASS won comfortable over St. Mark’s Secondary over at the Progress Park. Serene Beggs scored a double as the defending Champions once again book their place in another Girl’s Finals.
Coach by Dwight King, Boca Secondary School staff and students will have an opportunity to come out in numbers as their star player Sabina Richards leads the pack against SAASS next Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Happy Hill and Mc Donald College will square off in the RightStart Cup known as the “knock out” tournament. Happy Hill went on with a surprise win 2-0 over SAASS yesterday at the Progress Park. SAASS squandered numerous opportunities and live to regret as Coach Nat Simpson inspired his boys to a well-deserved victory. Over at the Victoria Park, Mac Donald had to wait until extra-time to scored two (2) goals to earn a place in the finals.
Tomorrow, the Junior semi finals will feature St. David’s Catholic Secondary against the St. Rose Modern Secondary at the Belle Vue Playing Field. The other semi final will feature St. Mark’s Secondary hosting the Mc Donald College over at the Alston George Park.
