Jamaica police were up to last night searching for leads into the killing of a police corporal who was found with bullet wounds to the head in a room at a hotel on the strip popularly strip know as ‘Back Road’ in St Catherine, yesterday afternoon.

The name has been given as Carl Robinson. Up to late last night detectives were seen still combing the area for clues.

The strip has over the years caused much concern from residents, including Portmore Mayor Keith Hinds, who recently pledged to “clean up the area”
