POLICE MAKE MAJOR WEEKEND BREAKTHROUGH

A major breakthrough for the Royal Grenada Police Force in its continued crackdown on crime.

Officers attached to South St. George Police Station on Saturday 13th August 2011 arrested and charged a resident of South St. George for a number of offenses.

Kerlan CHARLES, 35 years old, Laborer, ofGrandAnseValley is charged with possession of ammunition, possession of an offensive weapon, two counts of robbery and one count of robbery with violence.

CHARLES, still in custody, is also assisting police with their investigations into a number other offenses committed within the Grand Anse Policing. 

CHARLES is due to face the Magistrate’s Court later in the week.
