The Department of Youth Development will be holding its Graduation ceremony for participants who have completed the Grenada Youth Enterprise Initiative training sessions in the parishes of St. Mark, St. Andrew and St. George.

Last Wednesday April 9th, officers attached to the Accountant General’s Department, the Department of Customs and Excise, the Inland Revenue Department and the Budget and Debt Department of the Ministry of Finance, commenced training on revenue estimation and forecasting.

On Friday April 11th, 20 staff members of the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) of the Ministry of Finance completed a four-day workshop in Customer Relations, at the Grenada Grand Beach Resort.
Library books for Carriacou
An assorted selection of books, valued at about 4,000 Canadian dollars, has left Toronto for Carriacou. The items, including children’s storybooks, novels, reference texts and dictionaries, are a gift from the National Democratic Congress Support Group in Toronto. The barrel of books is destined for the public library in Carriacou.
