St. George’s, Grenada – November 20, 2008: – Students from both the primary and secondary schools across the island have been putting their skills to the test and enhancing their financial knowledge in the process.

St. George’s, Grenada November 20th, 2008:  Members of Her Majesty’s Opposition are expressing grave concern about the present constitutional status of the country and the fact that the country is without a Governor General.

Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Hon. Denis Michael Lett, is currently in Rome attending the 34th Session of the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO).

Tuesday, November 18, 2008, St. George’s: On 15th October 2008,  the Government of Grenada paid Backpay, due to Teachers, for the period January to December 2007, in the sum of Four Million, Six Hundred and One Thousand, Six Hundred and Eighty Six Dollars and Seventy One Cents (EC$4,601,686.71).

He is Mr. Carlyle Glean Sr, a former Education Minister (1990-1995), who retired from active politics in 1995, and University lecturer. He will be sworn in as Grenada’s 5th Governor General since Independence.

Monday 17th November, 2008, St George’s: Gravel Concrete and Emulsion Production Corporation, the nation’s sole provider of gravel and sand, has had some changes to its management. The Corporation now has a new Acting Manager and a new Board of Directors.
