OTTAWA, ON-14 January 2010- NorthStar Utilities Solutions, a division of Harris Computer Systems, announced today that National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA), located in St. Georges, Grenada, West Indies, has chosen NorthStar CIS for providing its customers superior customer relations management and utility billing. The NAWASA CIS project implementation includes NorthStar CIS, Executive Information System, eDocs and Reports AnyWhere.
NAWASA is embarking on a 5-year Strategic Plan to become a leading utility in the Caribbean region by delivering superb quality water services and an improved customer experience. “With our investment with NorthStar, we envision this as an important step for us to invest in our utility’s customer services operations that gives our staff the tools to deliver excellent customer service as we move into 2010 and beyond” said Terrence P.
