ST GEORGE’S GRENADA, 27TH APRIL 2009 The Ministry of Works continues to work steadfastly to get the Mt Parnassus Road in a motorable condition.
 
 Remedial works commenced on the road last week Monday and according to Senior Engineer in the Ministry of Works, Mr. John St Louis, work has progressed smoothly and the road will be reopened to traffic on Tuesday April 28th 2009.
 
 However the ministry urges motorists to exercise caution when traveling the area since work will be ongoing.
 
 The Mt Parnassus Road was closed off to traffic, due to the collapse of a section of the road late last year.
 
 The Ministry of Works expresses its appreciation to the public, in particular the residents and motorists, for their patience and cooperation during the closure of the Mt Parnassus Road.
