Police is seeking the assistance of the general public in locating Victor VESPREY, alias “Small”. The 32 year old Fisherman of Marli, St. Patrick’s & Belle Vue, Petit Martinique is wanted for questioning for the offence of MURDER.

Vesprey is said to be dark in complexion, 5ft 8ins, of negro race, medium built with a normal forehead, straight nose, big mouth, brown eyes and black hair.
