The Royal Grenada Police Force has made another arrest in the spate of Robbery with Violence offences occurring in recent months.

The South Saint George Police Station received information of a Robbery at an Establishment at Grand Anse St. George, at 11:25  today.    

Both the Criminal Investigation Department of South Saint George Police Station and Criminal Investigation Department St. George conducted on operation on Melville Street St. George. 

Tyron Jeremiah 30 years Steel Bender of Grand Roy, St. Johns, was arrested on 4^th April 2011; at 12:35 hrs

The following was found on his person

1.38 Revolver

3 rounds of ammunition

Cash amounting to $646.00 E.C.C and 4 U S dollars

1 knife

5 wrapped portion of Marijuana

He was later charged for two separate incidents of Robbery with Violence that occurred in the Grand Anse St. George area and will subsequently be charged in connection possession of Firearm and drugs possession. Investigation is continuing
