Bridgetown, Barbados, February 6 – Combined Campuses & Colleges (CCC) beat the Windward Islands by 33 runs on the third day of their first round regional Headley/Weekes first-class match against at the 3Ws Oval here today.
Set 179 to win, the Windward Islands were bowled out for 145 off 57.5 overs at 2.46 p.m.
The Windwards lost their last seven wickets for 49 runs in 26.2 overs.
Andre Fletcher topscored with 35. He batted for 114 minutes, faced 95 balls and struck four boundaries.
Leg-spinner Nkrumah Bonner was the main wrecker with five for 26 off 14.5 overs. He was named man-of-the-match.
Left-arm spinner Kavesh Kantasingh took three for 37 off 19 overs and off-spinner Ryan Austin, two for 46 off 15 overs.
