Crime Rate Falls in Jamaica
The Police High Command has released statistics confirming that all major crimes including murders, shooting, rape, carnal abuse, robbery, break-ins and larceny, declined by seven per cent in 2010, when compared with 2009. It is the first decline in 11 years.
