ST. GEORGE, GRENADA, November 3, 2011 – The Grenada Carnival Committee wishes to express its deepest sympathy to the family, friends and colleagues of Anthony Jerico Greenidge.

The news of the passing of this great Grenadian was received with a profound sense of sadness. His contributions to carnival and culture are very well documented and his leadership in embracing our unique traditions will never be forgotten.

This calysonian, parrang master, poet, pan lover extraordinaire and guardian of things Grenadian has left an indelible mark on our hearts.
