Fathers continue to hold an integral place in the family. It is therefore important to recognize and celebrate them. The presence of a father in the life of his children has a significant impact on them, so it is crucial for dads to establish and maintain a positive relationship with their offspring whether or not they live in the same household.

The National Parenting Programme takes this opportunity to encourage all fathers throughout Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique to support, protect and love their families unconditionally.

This Father’s Day, we urge all mothers and children to celebrate these very important men. Let us all stand by them as they continue to stand by us.
