Grenadian Prime Minister Dr. The Rt. Hon. Keith Mitchell has congratulated the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States Secretariat, for their efforts to have a full-time Chief Justice appointed.  Prime Minister Mitchell said he was concerned that such an important position was held by an Acting Chief Justice for such a long time, and says he is very satisfied with the appointment of Justice Hugh Rollins to the post.  Prime Minister Mitchell noted that he had full confidence in Justice Rollins to dispense justice and to ensure that everyone including the disadvantaged and marginalized groups in society have access to justice.  The Prime Minister wished Justice Rollins a successful tenure and said he looked forward to continued improvement in the judicial system. .
